Frequently asked questions

  • Do I need Smartplan Plus to get joy from Smartplan?

    Absolutely not, but it provides you with some extra tools. Actually, only 20% of our customers chooses Smartplan Plus. Without Smartplan Plus you have access to a complete shift planning system, overview of your salary hours, shift swaps and so forth - all used by thousands each day. You can always choose to buy Smartplan Plus later on if you want a punch clock, export to salary system as well as rules and automatic planning.

  • How long is the binding period with Smartplan?

    With Smartplan there is no binding. You pay one month ahead and we do not interfere if you suddenly choose another path or no longer has the need for Smartplan.

  • Are we charged when our trial expires?

    No, we do not request payment information until your trial has expired. So there is not automatic payment unless you have chosen a subscription and choose to use Smartplan after the trial. When you have filled out payment information, it will run automatically each month.

  • Should we pay per employee or location?

    No, not for each employee. In Smartplan you only pay for your company's access. The subscriptions are divided into a number of employees but there are no hidden fees in relation to each employee. Our subscriptions jump by 15 employees at a time and you can have as many locations as you need in your company and Smartplan account.

  • Is there a start-up fee or the like?

    No, there is no reason for you to pay for something, which you get started on yourself. Smartplan is simple, user-friendly and straightforward and therefore, it should not cost anything to start using us. However, we are happy to help with your set up if you should need it. Simply contact our support.
