The employees handle the shift swap themselves, and no one can be assigned a shift by a colleague without accepting it themselves, so whoever has the shift is stuck with it until someone else has accepted to take the shift.

Having more employees actually means less work for us. Shift planning used to be unmanageable. Shift swaps were a nightmare. All coordination had to go through me. I've gotten rid of that now with Smartplan because now they can handle everything themselves.

I haven't used the support at all because I haven't needed it. Most of it is self-explanatory. It's so easy to use. If there's ever something I'm unsure about, I just spend a little time clicking around in the system. You figure it out quickly.
