How a typical rota looks at Ditur
At Ditur, the rotas for each location are set up differently depending on the time spans the employees need to work in. Different administrators are responsible for their respective rotas. A typical week in the rota for their warehouse looks like this:

In the winter of 2014, ditur.dk was founded by brothers Mikkel and Kasper Dissing, and the company has only grown since then. We recently visited their headquarters in Hasselager, where we met with the company’s COO, Daniel. During our conversation, we learned about Ditur’s daily operations and how they use Smartplan.
Daniel has been part of Ditur’s journey almost from the beginning and was the company’s first full-time employee. He has seen how the company grew from just a few employees to the 80-90 staff members they have today.
Ditur is now Scandinavia’s largest watch store, operating both a large webshop and a physical store in the center of Aarhus. Initially, the company focused solely on selling watches, but over time, they have expanded their range to include accessories and jewelry.

At Ditur, the focus is strongly on the service they provide to their customers. They use tools like Facebook groups to share daily offers and engage in dialogue with customers. This approach reflects Ditur’s desire not to come across as a large, distant company. Instead, they value the close contact they can achieve with their customers.
This is also reflected in their results. Last year alone, they shipped nearly 200,000 orders to customers, and according to Daniel, they often see repeat customers returning later to make additional purchases.
"We’re a bit like a supermarket, if you can put it that way, although we also have our own brands. So we put a lot of emphasis on excellent service. We always need to provide customers with an option or solution and help them in some way."
After our visit, we are confident that great service is a hallmark of the company. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with smiles and friendly hellos. We ended our tour with a short walk to see the new, even larger headquarters that Ditur is currently building.
