We have made it even easier for you to stay updated with the latest news in Smartplan. Our new newsfeed ensures that you never miss important changes or improvements in the system.

The newsfeed is our information channel, where we share news, product improvements, and, in rare cases, any service disruptions. We know it is important for you to stay informed about what is happening in Smartplan, and with this new feature, getting the latest updates directly in the system is now even more convenient.

Where can you find the newsfeed?

You can find the news by clicking on "Settings". Here, we have added a new section called "Updates in Smartplan" at the bottom of the menu:

When there is something new in Smartplan, "Updates in Smartplan" will be highlighted in pink. This way, you can quickly see if there are any new updates or if you have already read them all.

By clicking here, you will be taken to an overview of the latest updates:

Here, you can quickly see the most recent news in Smartplan. If there is something you would like to read more about, simply click on it.

Every time we add a new update, we can choose whether it should be visible to everyone on the account or only to administrators. This means that not everyone may see the same news on your account.

Important news directly on your dashboard

To ensure you do not miss critical messages, we have also introduced new banners in Smartplan. These banners can be displayed directly on the "Rotas" page when we want to highlight particularly important updates:

When you click on a banner, you will be automatically directed to the relevant news item in your newsfeed, so you can get all the details.

With the new newsfeed, you no longer need to check emails or visit our website to stay informed. Everything you need is available directly in the system whenever you need it.
